In the purchase process and always before it is completed, the User will be provided with all the information relating to the full final price, including taxes, including, where applicable, the amount of any increases or discounts applicable to the offer and any additional costs charged to the User, and the User will be responsible for providing their details correctly, including their personal details and the bank details required by the system.
All reservations made on our website are recorded and therefore automatically filed in our system.
In addition, the system automatically sends the client’s information about their reservation together with their locator number and all the indications on how to pay and send the documentation of their activity to the client’s email. Reservations will be made through the site Given the diversity of activities, they may require different payment methods or different days in advance to be able to make the reservation according to demand and occupation in said activity.
The data entered by the User will be truthful and their own, especially those related to the means of payment.
Exceptionally, in the event that it is not possible to reserve the requested day online.

1.- Cruceros Portmany, S.A. will do its best to provide alternatives to the desired services. In the event that it is not possible to make the reservation and purchase online you can make it by telephone on 971 34 34 71 during the following telephone service hours from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

2.- Reservation changes will not have additional charges. Only those changes in reservations of the contracted service will be admitted as long as they are made within 48 hours prior to the original scheduled date.

Any change must be confirmed by the service provider, Cruceros Portmany, S.A., and it will only be effective upon receipt of the confirmation via email of the same, and presentation of the document accepting the change on boarding.

3.- Cruceros Portmany, S.A. may modify or cancel any service when the meteorological conditions are adverse, or there are restrictions, such as, alert situations, maritime rescue guidelines, as well as social ones, such as demonstrations, strikes etc….or any circumstances which are beyond our control. Should any of these circumstances occur, the amount paid will be reimbursed within the period established in these conditions.

4.- Cancellation during the last 48 hours will lead to the total loss of the amount paid. Any cancellation that is made between 48 and 72 hours prior to the departure of the reserved service will entail a 50% penalty charge of the total amount paid. In the event that the reservation is cancelled before 72 hours the full amount will be refunded.

5.- Refunds of amounts paid: Refunds of amounts paid for in total and/or partial cancellations will be effective within a maximum period of 10 calendar days.

6.- Refusal to board passengers: Cruceros Portmany S.A. may refuse access to a passenger to board if they do not show up for boarding at the scheduled departure time detailed in the reservation document. This situation will entail the full loss of amounts paid, without the right to reimbursements or compensation.

7.- If any activity has a particular cancellation policy, this will be reflected in the offer, during the reservation process and in the receipt, voucher or coupon of the reservation.
